This Arizona based custom 69 Double Cab is an impressive build
with many unique and cool details.
This was a full professional restoration that was completed in 2022.
Body was stripped to bare metal and refinished with Axalta Base coat/ clear coat in
Porsche Linen Grey with black roof and bumpers.
All new rubber seals, glass, vent window assemblies, lights, trim. etc.
Custom backdated interior by Sewfine
Empi steering wheel, Berg locking shifter, custom dash
with Legends Icon all in one instrument cluster with GPS speedometer.
Blaupunkt Bremen head unit with under seat 12" sub woofer and amplifier.

Wood slats in the bed were custom made by Rick Wilson Wood Working
Excellent fit and finish on the body and paint, side gates are excellent.
Bed is extremely clean and those dark wood slats look awesome.
Suspension is a mild drop job using a Wagenswest narrowed front beam
with adjustors, Koni shocks front and rear.
Disc brakes up front and drum in the rear.
Really cleanly and tastefully done.

The engine is an 1835cc built by Dan Lawson at Competition Engineering in Phoenix.
Gene Berg 69mm forged, wedge-mated 1pc crank, Type 4 main bearings,
Berg 311b VW rods, thick wall 92mm cylinders, Clyde Berg built 040 duel port heads
mild port and polish with 40X35.5 stainless valves. Engle 120 cam,
48ida Weber carbs, Berg deep oil sump, full flow remote filter
and cooler with electric cooling fan. A1 sidewinder exhaust, powder coated engine tins and more.
Transmission was rebuilt by Rancho and new CV joints and boots installed as well.
Will cruise at 65-70 comfortably on the freeway and everything is fully sorted.
The details as you look close are what grab me on this truck. It just looks like a very high quality build.
