This rare bird is a Brubaker Box.
A VW Beetle based fiberglass kit car from the 1970's.
One of 28 produced and one of less than 10 known that are running and driving.
Recent restoration with less than 100 miles since completion.
Driving lights and wipers are currently non-functional,
but headlights, brake lights and turn signals are operational.

This is the only known example to have the optional in dash cooler / storage tray.
Ice cubes are not real, just put in for display.
Side marker lights are not fuctional (wired...but need bulb holders).
Wonderful collection of original literature and magazine articles from the 70's on the car.
Many of these pieces are extremely rare.
Oil temp and pressure instruments heed the correct sending unit to work.
Amps gauge and tachometer are working as are the stock VW generator and oil lights.
