This Northern California based 1961 Beetle is quite the work of art.
A show car from several years back and built to an extreme with many custom
touches and high end upgrades.
The car has been driven and used sparingly since its completion, it still shows very well
but does have a few small paint flaws if you look super close.
The interior is fully custom and is very impressive.
Check out this rear seat setup!
High end audio system worked in throughout the car...the subwoofers behind the back seats.
Custom dash and center console, well fit plush carpets, gorgeous upholstery on
Honda Prelude seats, racing seat belts and a trigger shifter.
As mentioned above, there are a couple of small flaws such as this scratch on the tip of the engine lid.
Shaved front bumper, signals and body trim...very smooth looking body and excellent finish.
Speedometer mounted in the console as well as fuel and temp gauges.
Look at the detail on the pedals toward the left of the photo... this car is NICE!
Smooth dash features a large tachometer and clean and simple switches.
1835cc engine with dual 40 Weber carbs, professionally built and it runs fast and strong.
Only about 4500 miles on the engine and it is super clean and ready to show or go.

Rear bumper is a simple blade, dual quiet pack exhaust, great personalized plate

Under the front hood as well...wow!!
Always garaged and well kept...this is a neat little Beetle.
Here is another paint flaw...a couple bubbles at the edge of one of the fenders.
Seats are amazing
All of this looks like new in here.
Nice stance to the car and the centerline rims are a cool choice for the car.
The car has a big winner when first completed in the 90's.

Shaved door handles, one piece door windows, Cal Look rubber and a sunroof car as well.

Under the front hood the fit of the interior panels and the audio system throughout the car is extremely well done.
Head unit mounted in the rear console
VW Trends Magazine had a small feature in it's "Readers Rides" section.
Headliner is clean and well fit.
In closing this is a great car.
Built to impress back in the 90's and it still looks fantastic.
Excellent runner and driver as well. Ready to show or go!
