1970 VW Westfalia Pop Top Camper For Sale

The very clean 70 Pop Top Westy comes to us from So Cal
and it features a recent cosmetic restoration, restored interior
new pop top canvas and a whole lot more.

Nicely done in original colors.

Very clean and well detailed Bus that will definitely draw
compliments wherever you go.

Nothing quite like popping the top at the beach!

Blue California plates and Chick Iverson VW dealer plate frame.
A few cool surf stickers in the back window for good measure.

Interior is super clean and all window and body rubber is fresh
and in great shape

Even new window scrapers on the front doors.

Bright work is all clean and overall this camper really has a
crisp and tidy appearance.

Dash is excellent

New door panels

Fold up table is in great shape

The ice box/sink cabinet has been reworked into a nice thin wall
cabinet
with the spice rack / table fitted to the door which allows for
it to be swiveled out for access outside the Bus...very well done.

Some great little storage spots everywhere on these campers,

Camp stool in the middle is easily moveable anywhere.
I love the upholstery choice with the brown cloth
on the seating surfaces.

Very nice woodwork in here

Top of shortened wall closet has a flip up top for storage of
items below.

Nice work, and check out the insulation that was installed before
the cabinets went back in.

Under the rear seat, which of course does flip out into a bed,
there are some basics and spares stashed.

Dynamat fitted to the front floors as well.
This greatly reduces road noise in these old cars, makes them feel
so much more solid.

Under dash looks tidy

What a great place to be...behind the wheel of a vintage camper.

Rear pad is nicely done to match and with clean wood panel below.
This all flips into a very comfy bed of course.

Out back the engine room is pretty basic, certainly not show
detailed
but it reportedly has been rebuilt and bumped up to 1835cc.
A rebuilt freeway flyer geared transmission has been installed as
well.

Very solid looking underneath

The rebuilt transmission visible here in this shot.

Belly pans all look solid and sound

New tires

Very good dry Bus.
