1967 VW Beetle For Sale

SOLD!

This Beetle comes to us from Colorado.
It is a 1967 model that has had a lot of work done to it and it is a very good runner and driver.

Clean looking car, mild custom touches.
Straight and solid body

Clean paint, good chrome, strong mechanicals.

Interior is very nice.
High back front seats

Nicely trimmed out.

A few nice accessories such as the rear rack and pop out windows

Custom steering wheel and some added gauges.

Window rubber is all nice.

Really comes across clean.
The black wheels with trim rings and chrome centers give the car a unique look

The wheels are the stock steel wheels but with a chrome center that pokes through the back side.
If you preferred the stock look you could pull these centers off and just pop on hubcaps!

The bright white paint and black interior look great together.

Euro style bumpers with the short bumper guards.

The holes for the overrider supports have been filled so it looks nice and smooth.

The rear rack hooks to the bumper brackets at the bottom and then lifts up with the lid.
I like seeing that clean paint under the engine lid...looks great!

The stainless muffler  gives it a bit of a hot rod look and sound
This could of course be swapped out with something more "stealth" in appearance very easily.

Engine room looks pretty clean

The 1600cc engine runs great!
It was rebuilt not long ago and has a lot of life left in it.

Clean!

New firewall material

The air cleaner is something quite unique!
The stock carb lies beneath it...again an easy swap if you preferred original equipment

Electric fuel pump

12 volt generator

Looks good!

The vent wing latches have some pitting in the chrome

Backs of the bumpers and the bumper hardware are all very clean

Clean front apron and hood latch

Spare wheel and tire

The trunk is normally trimmed out nice with a carpeted liner...
Under the liner things have been sprayed black.

This all gets covered when the liner is in place but I wanted to show you what is under here

Overall pretty straight in here

Wiring looks pretty standard

New glove box

Spare has decent tread

Fire extinguisher

Clean around the hinges

New hood seal

Nice
I like the VW emblem on the wiring cover...nice touch

Underneath the car is pretty standard with some road grime here and there

Fender wells look solid

Bottom of the front apron.
Front beam is all stock, no lowering or anything like that

The front tires still have the tits on em!

Chassis looks good

Solid

The floor pan under the battery has been replaced.
Not the cleanest job but it is solid.

The panel was not welded in place, but riveted.
It is in there good and is holding firm.

Under the trans

A bit of grime under the engine but not too thick

Mounting point for the rear rack

Fat tip!

Heater boxes are in place

Grab handles

GT wheel

Fuzzy dice

Custom floor mats and shifter

Domelight works

Pop out window latches

Headliner has a wrinkle or two but is clean and in nice shape

Seats look great

Modern audio system

One hole in the seat at the back edge of the seat bottom...when the seat back is in place you do not see this.

Interior looks clean!

Good looking car...certainly nice enough to bring some waves and smiles and thumb's up on the road

Service booklet still with the car

JVC head unit

Gauges under the dash

Nice padded wheel

Amber top taillights

Wheel detail

Aluminum running boards.

Cool mirror, new trim, new antenna

The wheels are the stock 67 wheels

Very clean, not all chipped up or anything...well cared for.

In closing this looks like a nice car for the money.
Its  not an over the top show car or anything, but a very clean simple driver
with a few added trimmings. Owner states it runs as good as it looks!
