This clean white 68 Ghia Convertible is located in Colorado.
It has about 7000 miles on it since the engine was built and the restoration done.
It has a mild custom look to it, but no major modifications, just a little trim shave and an altitude adjustment.
Out back is a mild performance engine of 1776cc, so it is something that will keep up with traffic and it is a very fun driver.
The top is in nice shape and is done in the nice stayfast canvas.
The cat likes it.
Nice fit to the top.
Lowered down a bit, but not insanely so.
Bumpers are smooth without the overriders and guards...classic Cal Look style.
Paint has a nice gloss to it and the body looks good.
The owner is working on some underside shots for us, but the weather is not in his favor
at the moment. He does say that it is solid with no rust issues though.
Clean title and current tags
The engine is a 1776cc unit with 12 volt electrics, dual carbs, chrome tins and a 009 distributor.
Runs well, less than 7000 miles on it since rebuild.
Back seat area is very clean and a verny nice stealthy install of speakers behind the rear seat.

Under the front hood is clean and a nice carpet kit fitted.
Matching spare wheel and tire.
Dash is clean and simple. No radio installed currently as you can see.
Nice billet steering wheel and check out the Gene Berg shifter as well.
Ghia script floor mats, nice upholstery and custom door panels as well.
Car has a nice clean overall appearance.

Here we go...out in the sun it really comes to life!
I spy a few small details in the pics...like the missing center caps on the wheels and the missing Karmann emblem
on the passenger side front fender... like the radio...something that is an easy install and a minimal cost.
And it will give the new owner a chance to do a little "work" on the car.
Sharp looking car inside and out and it is a "turn key" driver.
Something you can hop right in and enjoy as it is.
In closing, this car looks pretty sweet.
Lots of nice upgrades and mild custom touches.
Its not a flawless trailer queen restoration, but one that is done nice and will make
a wonderful weekend cruiser and sunny day driver for the new owner.
