1965 VW Beetle Sedan For Sale
Tis sweet So Cal based Beetle is a wonderful runner and driver that has a super solid body and chassis
and a very nice vibe to it. Great colors, very fun, a fantastic cruiser for someone.
The sweet lady that owns this car has had it for a few years and has put a ton of time, effort and money into it.
Its an emotional sale, but she has realized that it is just not getting enjoyed as much as it should be
while it sits in her garage...someone out there needs to be in this car driving and enjoying the ride.
The color is a 1957 Chevy color and it is perhaps the ultimate "turquoise" hue.
It really suits the car well and gets an amazing amount of looks and smiles on the road.
The roof rack is a nice added touch and the polished Empi 5 spoke wheels give it a little sporty feel.
The car sits at stock height but has the classic hot rod "big and little" tire combination.
Personally I would lower the front end just a pinch, but that is just me.
New window rubbers and seals.

Interior is bright and happy with white paint and off white seats and panels.
Nice sheepskin seat covers on the front but the upholstery underneath is like new.

I realized that part of the way into my photo shoot here that the lens of my camera was all smudgy... duh...I should have checked.

Front seat upholstery and padding is like new under the sheepskins

Underside of hood has been sprayed in black.
The knock off spinners for the front wheels are here in the trunk.
They need a little clearancing internally to clear the grease caps on the front hubs.
Clean title and current California registration
Nice running little stock 40 horse engine out back.
These motors are so cool...they just run and run and run.
12 volt electrics, otherwise totally stock.
The owner hopped right in and drive out to meet me for the photos...a good long drive through the southland
and it made the trip without a hiccup...this is a good running and driving Beetle...hop in and turn the key and go!
Rear apron looks quite straight
Amber topped euro style lenses look great against the body color
Nice smooth finish and new shiny trim and rubber seals...looks pretty sweet.
Nice Yokohama rubber on the back with excellent tread.
Front tires are looking a little thin though and should probably be replaced soon.
Engine is clean underneath...not a greasy slime ball
The chassis on this car is super solid!!

Front inner fender area looks very straight and solid.
It does not look like this car has ever been hit in the front or rear.

Chrome on the front bumper is a bit faded
I noticed one small paint blister just starting on the front hood in the groove...you gotta look close to see it.
In closing this is a fun car.
Best of all it is mega solid underneath and the body looks to be virginally straight.
The paint job was a down to the metal affair as well, so what is on here should last a long time with proper care.
It is mechanically well sorted and you can fly in and drive it home!
