1963 VW Beetle Convertible For Sale
Summer is coming!
Why not live it up right with a cool convertible Beetle to cruise around in?
This wonderful 1963 Beetle has always been in California, sold new at Gus Mozart VW in Palo Alto.
It was repainted once in the original color and it received a nice driver quality cosmetic restoration.
It was purchased from the original owner in 2000 and it is extremely solid underneath
and has 169,000 miles on it since new.
It has always been garaged and well kept.
Very stock and un-altered car...all original parts except for the soft stuff like top and interior.
Nice whitewall tires, very straight body.
Look how nice that hood gap is!

It has a couple flaws here and there and a few parking lot bruises, but they are minor.
I love the black California plates and the original dealer plate frame.
Top down the party can begin!
Great color combination.
You can see in this photo that the passenger rear fender is a little wavy from a parking lot bump.
Minimal though...just a little ding on the front edge and further wavyness behind the wheel (photo shortly)
Good sized door ding under the door handle.
Interior looks great!
This photo shows the back fender a little better...it would be a simple fix and perhaps even one of
those paintless dent removal guys could work some magic here.
Back seat too is excellent.
Dash is clean and un-altered.
Steering wheel has some wear aound the outside, but it is the original.
Under the front hood looks good and clean.
Original radio in the dash.
Headliner in nice shape and the top works well.
Top condition is very good.

Door panels are excellent...chrome around the windows looks very clean.
Another paint chip/ding on the drivers rea fender (small)
Body trim is bright and clean.
Just turn that key and go!
The car runs and drives well and is a solid car below.
