1964 Beetle Sedan For Sale

This beautiful Bahama Blue 64 Beetle is located in Nevada.
The current owner has had the car about 5 years and has had great fun with it, but is now ready to let it go to a new home.
It reportedly has just under 80k original miles since new.

The car is a documented numbers matching example which is a great bonus for collectors.

It shows the color as correct as L519 Bahama Blue.
It also shows the interior to be the rare leatherette blue cord material.
Left the factory on March 10th 1964 bound for Philadelphia

How the car ended up in Nevada is a bit of a mystery, but boy is it a gorgeous example.

One of the biggest wow factors of the car is the interior.
The original material in the correct blue cord pattern was sourced in Europe and was done by
West Coast Classics in California. Its a beautiful color palette with the body color and details
and is one you are not likely to see again.

Interior is like new and is very well done with the best materials

Nice quality carpets and the correct rubber mats.
Very fun accessory parcel tray and tissue holder.

Pop out rear quarter windows are another great accessory.

Very cleanly done work in here

Excellent restored steering wheel.
Nice attention to detail throughout.

Original Bendix radio installed.
The seller states that this is original paint on the interior of the car! Looks amazing!

These are just awesome!!

It is just so fun and so pretty.
A lot of the Bahama blue cars seemed to get a plain off white or a black interior.
To see this bright and cheery color combo in here makes me wonder why they didn't all come like this!

Euro amber topped taillight lenses add some color to the back.
year marked "D" plate is another nice touch.
Excellent chrome and trimmings. The fender beading is the correct color matched stuff.
The color matched running board covers were NOS parts that were sourced ...one in the US and the other in Australia!

Very clean and detailed under the front hood as well.

Nice clean wiring cover and trunk liner.

The engine is the numbers matching original that was rebuilt at the time of the restoration,
Excellent level of detail in here and all the correct year specific details are in place.

Fantastic original floorpans under this car!

Super solid and un-welded

The Empi Camber Compensator is a neat piece!!
Very clean and dry under the engine too...I love seeing that!

Looks fantastic and it runs superb.

Beautiful Beetle

The car truly looks showroom fresh in these photos I must say.
This is a very well done and detailed car.

Very nice fit and finish.

As you can see in the photo above, the car is currently registered in Nevada.

When the owner bought the car he was told that it was sold new in Sunnyvale California as the plate frames suggest.
The black California plates were on the car and the owner still has them.
Being as the birth certificate shows Philadelphia , I do question the story just a bit,
bit with the lack of rust or signs of repair, maybe it is possible?

Super clean!

Even an original VW logo windshield!

The owner is working on getting us some underside shots, but from what he describes
it is very solid underneath with no issues at all.

It just looks stunning from all angles.

Great car, great color and an obviously well done and detailed restoration of a virginal car.
Numbers matching engine, the correct color codes and rare interior option.
This is a sweet machine.
