1966 VW Beetle Sedan For Sale

This Texas based 1966 Beetle has just undergone a restoration and has just 1600 miles on it since completion.

New paint, interior, trim, rubber, brakes, suspension rebuilt, engine freshly redone..
a LOT of work went into this car and the results show...it is good looking!

Back dated just slightly with the 65 and earlier wheels in two tone, and fully trimmed out with all the
chrome and a few extra accessories as well.

Nice looking car.

Odometer was reset to zero at the time of the restoration.

The window scrapers are still the originals, not redone at the time of the restoration, so the rubber does show it's age here.

These parts are readily available and are not expensive.

Interior has been redone and looks quite nice.

I like the ladybug floor mats and the basket on the tunnel for drinks and such.

Interior was all redone by hand, not an off the shelf kit.
Seats have stitched pleats, not the heat seamed stuff.

New 3 point seat belts installed up front.

Headliner was also done by hand...not a kit.

Dash looks very nice and clean

Looks like the passenger side visor clip has come loose and the center air vent on the dash
is from a later model Beetle

Radio face plate is  just a dummy...no radio behind it.

Overall a very clean look.

Door panels ate done in smooth vinyl.
No pocket.

Wheels look nice in two tone.
I like the accessory gravel guards on the fender.

Looks like the rear bumper has a couple dings in it.

The color is not original for 66 but it sure fits the car well.

Pretty car.

Fuel tank is all clean and pretty.

New trunk liner and wiring cover.

Engine is freshly rebuilt and runs excellent.
Still all stock with 6 volt electrics.

Clean and dry underneath

Tires look to be in great shape

Transmission looks very clean and new shocks and axle boots.

New hubcaps

Looks pretty clean underneath suspension wise.

The owner has not provided floor pan photos...be sure to ask him about that.

In closing this really looks like a nice car.
It is not done 100% to original specifications, but it has a great vintage look to it and it shows well.
