This is a wonderfully clean and totally stock restored 1966 Karmann Ghia located in Northern California.
It is a super solid original car underneath...one that has never been rusted and repaired...a real "virgin" under the fresh paint.
The car is very very clean in all the details...really in showroom shape.
The car is fantastically solid underneath...just amazing for a Ghia.
Very clean inside the deep corners as well.
I see a little line by the horns there...a super small tap to the bumper perhaps at one point
but the fragile nose and center ridge look fantastic.
Original jack in place, wiring is all clean.

Wonderfully clean in here,,,quite sanitary.
I like the tool roll in place as well.
Even under the bumper it is spotless.
The car was originally a Tourist delivery vehicle...picked up by it's original owner in Wolfsburg
and then shipped back to California after a fun adventure.
This is the original owners manual binder that remains with the car today.
Paint quality looks excellent...everything very very clean
What a beautiful shape the Karmann Ghia body is!
The nose is excellent on this car and the body gaps are as well...really a nice car.
Underneath is all original and untouched and is delightfully clean and solid.
No huge build up of grease, no schmegs of undercoating...just all virgin and untouched.
So dry...so solid.
If you have looked at Karmann Ghias for any length of time you will know how rare it is to find one like this!
Headliner is excellent.
Original owners manual and service booklets...in mint condition.

Instruments looks spotless...steering wheel as well.
The carpet is the top quality square weave stuff...

It is really tough to find one in this condition...so many have been customized or rebuilt from rusty wrecks.
This looks like it has always been an amazing car.
I think this would be right at home in any collection.
