1976 VW Bus For Sale
This happy bright yellow Bus was a well loved dream machine for it's recently passed owner
and those that he left behind are really looking forward to getting the Bus in the hands of someone
who will enjoy it as much as he did.
In the end this is what it is all about...we play with these machines because they bring us joy and great memories.
Its living life and enjoying the ride , and what better place to do that in a cool old VW?
Located in the state of Oregon, this happy yello Bus has had a lot of time and effort and money put into it
to make it what you see in these photos.
It is a very clean example that looks, runs and drives well.
I love the bright color and the chrome bumpers and wheels.
The tinted windows also give it a great unique look.
The interior has been modernizes a bit with some very comfy and cool bucket seats
and a nice modern steering wheel.
In back is the stock rear bench seat.
No certer seat, just open space in front of it.
The big subwoofer bass box is strapped in place and easily moved if desired.
Interior panels all look to be in good shape.
Headliner looks nice...rear deck has a loose fit bit of carpet fitted.
Looks like the hatch seal is in good condition.
The dash is in nice shape and is fitted with a modern head unit for the audio system.
There are speakers on top of the dash as well.
Looks like a modern tach is fitted as well?
The seats are really a nice fit and they match the panels well.
Clean
Looks like the headliner is a bit wrinkly at the back corners but otherwise in good shape.
A bit of a wiring mess under the dash (pretty normal with Bay windows)
More speakers in the lower panels.
Looks like a custom shifter has been installed.
Here you can see the tachometer as well as an oil gauge.
I really like the big LeCarra steering wheel!

The engine runs great and has been converted from fuel injection to dual carbs.
Plenty of power to push the old brick to freeway speeds.
It is a good runner and driver as it sits...ready for adventure.
Nice lookin ride
From these pics the paint and body look very nice.
It is not "flawless" but it is pretty clean.
There is a small dent on the passenger side corner as you can see in this photo, but the rest of it looks good.
There is also a rip in the side bolster on the drivers side seat.
Under dash panels are warped a bit and could use a little effort to geth them better fit.
Clean title.
In closing this is a cool old ride.
I dont think it will bring home any trophies at the shows but I bet it gets some major attention
and thumbs up on the highway and it sure makes me smile just looking it it.
Its a happy Bus.
