1963 VW Type 3 Notchback For Sale
This Southern California based Notchback
has had two owners since new and is a truly beautiful example
with some very nice original details.
Being and early model, it features the side marker lights and no chrome trim along the body,
Flat Euro style taillight lenses and painted rear reflector bases
Very nice straight body and very clean paint.
This is a show worthy car for sure as well as a great driver.
The clean front hood with no "mustache" trim is also a very cool early model detail.

The original interior in the car is impressive!
Some nice accessories as well such as the full circle horn ring, parcel tray and drink caddy basket.
Super clean and solid in the spare tire well area...impressive state of originality.
Even the original press board trunk liner is in great shape.

Dash is the correct early wrap around style , etc. This one is super correct and well kept.
Looks like a seam split on the rear seat between the vinyl and the cloth .
A good upholstery guy could probably repair this.
(The owner is going to bring it to his upholstery guy and see if he can do it prior to sale)

Push button headlight and wiper switches are another cool early detail.
