1964 VW Notchback For Sale

The current owner of this car has had it for many many years, since the 80's actually and he restored it over the years
and in the end created the beauty you see here. Over the past few years he has been using it less and less
and rather than see it sit and collect dust, he figures it is time to close ths page in his life and send it on to a new loving home.

The color is a great candy blue/purple that catches the light like crazy.
Definitely a stand out in the crowd no matter where you are.

Very very nice body and paintwork with very few minimal flaws from time.
Nice bright chrome, great accessory bumpers and classic Porsche wheels.

The accessory overrider bumpers are very slick and sure add some more interest to the car.

The front of the car is excellent paint wise as the owner always runs it with a bra
to keep the paint nice.

Under the hood is a matching spare and the front bra as well.

Tires are excellent.

Rear trunk is clean but not detailed.
A nice carpet kit back here would dress this up really nice, but it's not too bad as you see it here.

Engine is a very good running stocker 1500 with dual carbs.
12 volt electrics, mechanical advance distributor.
Great driver just as it sits.

Engine was rebuilt a number of years ago but has been driven very sparingly since being done.
Lots of life left in it.

Stock air cleaner in place...engine looks clean and dry on the topside.
Heater is not connected...so you east coasters will want to bundle up.
Looks like most everything is present to make it function though...maybe a couple hoses/cables. etc.

Stock exhaust system, very light bit of oil along the bottom of the engine
But minimal.

Floor pans are very clean...center sections have been replaced with stock sheet material but look to have been done very well
and the floors are solid.

Cleanly done

Stock front end...nothing lowered or modified suspension wise...so it's a smooth rider.
Disc brakes on the front are a nice upgrade.

Rockers look solid.

Interior is very clean...these photos do not do it justice.
