1967 Squareback For Sale
The restoration was done a few years back...completed in June of 2004.
It has been a very consistant award winner at all shows entered, and it is
no trailer queen either.
The car has about 18,000 miles on it since completion and the owner even
drove it across
the US as a part of the Gene Berg Cruise. It has been meticulously cared
for and pampered and looks as fresh
as can be. A try turn key drive it anywhere show car...a rarity in the scene
today.
The icing on the cake are all the super desireable accessories that are visable
at every move of the eye.
From the roof rack with matching vintage luggage, to the overrider bumpers
and Type 3 only mudflaps
the car has it all.
There have abviously been some mild variances from the way it left the factory...
such as the mild lowering job, the Mahle "baby gasburner" Porsche wheels,
and the two tone paint job,
but yet it retains a vintage look and feel to it...a car that all can appreciate.

but for its
dazzling array of rare accessories.

The accessories alone brobably add up to a good quarter of the asking price,
the engine and trans combo
is a pretty hefty dent in the wallet too...then ad on a true body off professional
restoration to a solid factory
sunroof car... there is a lot of bag for your buck here. This level of workmanship
doesnt come cheap these days
and the accessories are getting higher in price every time I turn around...go
out and price an original Empi GT wheel
