1977 VW Beetle Convertible For Sale
This Southern California based 1977 Beetle convertible is a great car.
Very solid, very clean, low original mileage and it is priced to sell quickly.
It is the desirable "triple white" color combination and it is in very nice condition inside and out.
A California car since new, always well treated.
Underneath the car appears very solid.
The 41,000 miles is thought to be original.
Underside looks good...not a rusty one.
The car has been resprayed in the original white color...nice job of it too.
I like the accessory vent trims...a nice dress up item.
At the base of one of the doors there are a couple paint blisters just starting up.
This is really a small spot, but it is there. The rest of the body looks wonderful.
Looks clean under the front hood...original finish in here.
Car had dealer installed A/C.
Nice to see the original jack and the top boot.
Clean under the front hood...I see a BFY sticker under here...they must have done work on it at some point.
Chrome looks clean and bright.
The top shows a little age and the owner states there is one very small split.
But it is holding firm and is fully functional as it sits.
Dash looks great, seat upholstery and panels I think are originals.
Headrest covers have been replaced.
Top boot is very nice.
Bumpers have the proper rubber strips and bumper guards.
Blue California plates back up the California history of the car,
Very clean machine from all angles.
The chrome wheels jazz it up a bit too.
Glass is all in good shape, rubber seals seem to be holding up well.
The headrest covers are bright white against the off white of the seats and panels.
Really a pretty car though...it shows well and it drives very well too.
The car was used by the previous owner as a tow vehicle behind their motorhome
so a lot of the miles shown are just rolling miles, not running miles.
Always in the Orange County area.
Engine is clean and complete with all original equipment.
Littleclues such as the blue sticker on the original coil help back up the mileage claim.
Air conditioning compressor has been removed.
All the proper fuel injection and emissions stuff appears to be here.
A good car with a good history, clean and pretty and solid and a nice driver as well.
The owner has moved recently and does not have garage space for it...so in the eyes of keeping the car safe
it was decided that it should find a new home. The price is right to do so quickly...this is a good deal!
