The Beetle has obviously lets its mark on the automotive world and it seems to have always just been there
for the vast majority of the world at this point. When air cooled Beetle production stopped in Germany in the late 70's
that was not the end of it by a far stretch. Volkswagen plants around the world kept cranking them out
with the longest running plant and production being in Mexico.
In 2003 when Mexico announced that they were stopping the production run of the air cooled cars
they decided to celebrate the end of the run with 3000 special edition cars that they marketed as the
Utima Edicion
Using design details from the Beetles of the past like wide whitewall tires
and the Wolfsburg crest on the front hood, and available in only two classic colors, beige or baby blue
They were all quickly sold out to collectors and dealers worldwide.
Very few of these cars made it to the US due to regulations here, but
a few of them appear to have slipped through the cracks like this car.
It is titled in the US in Florida as a 2004 VW and the original chassis numbers are all intact.
The car has extremely low miles on it and has been very well kpt.
Matching spare in the trunk has never been on the ground.
Interesting details such as the hound mounted seal (as in opposed to the body mounted seal on the German cars)
Original tool roll is present
All original everything on the car, it is well kept and fully operational
Interior is excellent , headliner like new
The chrome body trim and running board trim is also a classic Beetle attribute
Front seats have always been covered, as have the floors.
Everything is like new.
I love the rear deck with speakers, a factory item for the car.

Wolfsburg badge on the hood.
Whitewall tires with color matched wheels and stainless wheel trim rings.

The car has 7212 original kilometers on the car!!
That is less than 4500 original miles!!
Engine runs smooth and the car drives like new...heck it pretty much IS new!
Excellent condition and a very rare find in the US and with a US title.
Check with your local DMV before you make a buy on one of these though, as not every state will
accept the car being that it is a non federalized vehicle. Here in California s an example...good luck, it ain't happening.
Obviously Florida is cool with it and I imagine many other states are fine with it as well...but please check.
I would hate to see someone fall in love with it and bring it home and realize they cant title it.
The car is currently located in Wisconsin. Its an absolute beauty.
