1964 VW Beetle Sedan For Sale
This Pennsylvania based 1964 Beetle Sedan is a very beautiful fully restored car
with a nice history as well,
Original paperwork from when it was first purchased in Germany
by a US Serviceman who brought it to the US
Dealer stamp from Auto-Rossel in Wiesbaden Germany.
The car under went a full body off restoration completed in 1999,
The car has only traveled 645 miles since the restoration was done and it has been
stored well and still remains in show quality condition.
Brand new Coker wide whitewalls have been installed as well as a new battery and
a full check up mechanically by an air cooled mechanic in the area.
Its got a clean bill of health and is ready to hit the road...or remain the trailer queen that it
has been the past 26 years of its life.
You would never guess that the restoration is as old as it is, which speaks highly for its quality.
The new Coker whitewalls are a bold contrast against the red exterior, really adds some fun to the car.
The wheels painted two tone in body color with black centers and of course the factory VW logo hubcaps.
Headlight eyebrow accessories add some character to the "eyes"
while the inner metal of the headlamp has been painted in black.
Paintwork looks fantastic in the pics.
Nice lines and reflections.
Chrome on the replacement bumpers looks excellent
Correct 1964 deck lid and license plate light.
Engine remains stock 1200cc and is beautifully detailed.
Still 6 volt electrics as original.
Mechanical advance distributor,
Newer replacement carburetor.
Underside is as shiny as the top.

Under the front hood is cleanly detailed as well .
Even under the carpet trunk liner it looks factory fresh.
Here you can catch a glimpse of the trunk liner carpet in place.
Headliner looks superb
Interior is done in a bright white and red two tone.
Pop out rear quarter windows are another nice addition.
Very cleanly detailed around the doors.
Steering wheel and column have been painted body color for a unique look.
Nice stiched on leather steering wheel cover is gentle to the touch.
While not a factory color combination
it looks very well done and is obviously super happy and fun.
Black carpets throughout
Running boards look like new as well
Stock and un-altered dashboard , factory radio block off plate still fitted.

In closing this is a car that obviously has received a lot of love and attention
over its life, taken from being just another VW to a restoration
that was truly over the top. Then years of impeccable care.
Now its next chapter will continue the love affair.
