1965 VW Deluxe Bus For Sale

This So Cal based 1965 13 Window Deluxe is a beautiful bus inside and out.
Fully restored in Texas , minimal miles put on it since, and well kept and maintained.

Velvet Green and while color combination is beautiful.
All the correct trim and details are in place on this one.

When an original German part was not available, only high quality replacements were used.
Mirrors are from Wolfsburg West

Body trim is excellent, all lights and lenses are very clean.
Rubber body seals as well.

but you need to be on your knees to see it.

Wheel areches all look clean and solid.

A couple of jacking dings in the rearward cross member.
This was really the only damage I saw underneath.

Tires are excellent, shocks and suspension all show signs of recent replacement.

Frame and floor all look really nice underneath

Clean Bus!

Cargo floor under the mat

Front floor under the mat.

Beautifully restored steering wheel

All body tags are in place

Looks like a March 3rd 1965 birth date.
Option codes are all visible for those that like to look that stuff up.

Really shows well

Safari windows with spring loaded wiper bases and the "one eyed duck" holder are here.

Chrome emblem was a Deluxe model detail.

Note the deep oil sump and auxiliary oil filter

but overall in great shape.

Excellent condition inside and out.

Fresh air box looks clean and proper.

Speedometer is excellent as well.

Really a sharp example.
Its got that classic all stock look and a little more power out back to keep up with todays world
but it has not been "hot rodded" or customized to the point that it loses that proper 60's charm.

Ive gotta say I really like this Bus.
Its a good one.

Always garaged too...well kept and ready for a new home.
