1964 21 Window Microbus Camper For Sale

This truly stunning custom 21 window comes to us from the UK.
It is a factory right hand drive model that has been fully restored and upgraded
by a professional shop to exacting detail. It is a very pretty machine.

Many modern touches but still retaining that classic Microbus feel,
this is a Van that can be fully enjoyed at all levels...at a show or on the go.

Great stance...low but not "slammed"
Great color combination and wheel choice...I like the chrome bumpers as well.

The interior of the machine is where it really goes over the top.
This is a fully modern and downright gorgeous camper interior!
The seat flips out into a bed, it has a sink, cook top, fridge...the whole lot.
With an interior like this you just want to hang around in it...so awesome!!

The colors and materials used inside are just great.
Very pretty, very tasteful and all of the highest quality.

The slide back sunroof and the skylight windows...it is no wonder why this model is so highly prized.

The wood work on the interior is excellent!

There is a table that slides out of a slot there at the top of this photo that attaches inside the van
for your dining pleasure.

The factory right hand drive option is a rarity.
Obviously more common in the UK than the US
but if you imported this one you would be the hit of every show from coast to coast across the states for sure!

Safari windows up front...nice sisal rugs, cool wood rim steering wheel

Here it is with the table in place and the jump seat folded down...
How cool is this??

Honey...Im going to sleep in the VW tonight...I dont think I would ever come in the house
with a van like this in the garage.
(OK...maybe to shower now and then)

Just stunning set up inside and all fully functional.

I love the wheels, the color choices...it is all just fantastic.

The panel olong the left there controls the electrics in the van.
With a high amp leisure battery to keep the Welco compressor fridge going
and to operate the other electroninc, this management system keeps tabs on remaining power
and keeps you from getting stranded. The normal battery for starting the engine remains charged.

Fantastic wood rim steering wheel.

The safari windows are a must have accessory...nothing much cooler than that!

All new everything restoration wise...excellent quality paint and body
all new trim and rubbers, glass is all excellent as well.

SSP Crest alloy wheels are wrapped with high end Yokohama tires.

Here is the postcard shot... wow!!

The van is located in the UK, but world wide shipping is most certainly available and the seller is willing to assist
with getting things arranged and getting the vehicle to port, etc. For a US import the process is really quite simple
and titling the vehicle here will not be an issue.

In this photo I fully expect a child's hand to reach down and pick up the van...it looks so perfect...like a toy.

But it is not a toy...it is the real deal and quite the dream machine.

Impressive.

The details dont stop on top and inside...the underside of this one is fully detailed as well!

The engine in this one has been upgraded to a 1776cc unit with dual carbs
Wonderfully clean and all freshly built and done so professionally with all the best parts.

12 volt electrics with alternator.

Stainless steel exhaust system, very clean underneath.
Trans and rear suspension converted to IRS and no reduction boxes so it will keep up with
real world traffic and cruise comfortably at highway speeds.

Adjustable front beam by Creative Engineering, all rebuilt and fresh.
Brakes have all been rebuilt as well.

Very very clean underneath...wow!

The whole underside is pretty.
I think you could eat your dinner off of the chassis and it would tast better than if off your plate!

The builders really went all out...very fun to see.

In closing this is an extremely cool vehicle.
Inside, outside and underside is a sight to see.
Hard to beat this one when it comes to "cool factor".
