1971 VW Super Beetle Sedan For Sale
This Colorado based 1971 Super Beetle is a really nice little car.
Very original and unmolested , low mileage car.
The paint is mostly the original finish, the interior is original as well.
There are just about 50,000 original miles on this car.
Very good looking all stock Beetle.
Desirable factory sunroof!!
The stock 1600cc dual port engine is a very good runner.
Engine room is nice and clean
I like seeing the details such as the original short coil and the proper carburetor, distributor and more.
The only non stock item I can pick out here is the aluminum crank pully.
The front seats are amazing and all original.
These were covered with plastic slipcovers when the current owner bought the car, obviously they protected the seats wonderfully!
Original headliner is holding up nicely
The top of the back seat has split open at the seam from age...this is the worst of the interior.
Under the front hood is very very clean

The body is quite nice on the car all around, but it is not without flaw.
Little stuff mostly...it still shows proudly.
The passenger side front fender has a small dent as you can see in this image.
Here you can see it a bit clearer.
I would be curious to see what a paintless dent removal guy could do with this.
Wheels and tires are in great shape, bumpers and chrome look good.
Seats look great, dash is very nice, original radio still fitted.
The steering wheel is a rare genuine VW accessory sport wheel.
Sunroof opens and closes well
Original carpet in the car is in very nice shape!!
Certainly backs up the low mileage history.
Drivers side rear fender has a pretty good size dent above and behind the wheel
Side window vent shades are another nice accessory.
In closing this is a very clean and solid original car.
Low mileage and a very good body. Runs and drives well and with the factory
sunroof will make a fantastic weekend driver.
